TVI’s very own Heidi Armbruster co-starred in the reading of Wendy MacLeod’s newest work in development “Find and Sign” today at the Atlantic Theater Company. “Find and Sign” smartly unfolds the relationships of its four main players and the choices they make in pursuit of love and career. Set against the backdrop of the hip hop music industry and one label in particular, it draws unexpected parallels to Othello. The strength of of play lay in it’s clever dialogue and spot on insight into love today on the New York dating landscape. Actress and TVI instructor Heidi Armbruster played Mona. New TVI Programming Coordinator Hard at Work!
J. Max Sullivan, TVI Actors Studio New York’s new Programming Coordinator, is hard at work this morning preparing the upcoming class schedule for the next few weeks. J. American Casting Directors in London
Starting in May 2009, TVI Actors Studio is sponsoring the American Casting Director Series in London throughout the year.
Starting in May, preeminent New York Casting Director Pat McCorkle will be working on film scenes with London based actors, and in June, Telsey and Company’s David Vaccari will be doing a series of TVI workshops in London for qualified English Actors.

After just recently wrapping up the shooting of the film, “The Tell Tale Heart,” Andre Diniz will soon be starring in a new student film titled, “The Last Call,” directed by Joe Ferro and produced by Greyci Gonzalez. The film is about a young man named Paul whose love is murdered by a robber. Sounds exciting!!

According to sources at Variety.com Endeavor has promoted Jennifer Rawlings (clients include Craig Bierko, Keisha Castle-Hughes, Alison Lohman, Josh Lucas, John Malkovich, Viggo Mortensen and Rachel Weisz) and Megan Silverman ( clients include Justin Bartha, Paul Bettany, Alexis Bledel, Amanda Bynes, Zach Gilford, Shia Le Beouf, Leighton Meester, Hunter Parrish and Ryan Phillippe) to partner. TVI New York member and fabulous red head Jessica Sherr is headed for flashing lights! This Saturday, April 4th you can catch Jessica in the premiere of “Where are you Sophia?” at the Tribeca Cinemas in Manhattan. Jessica also recently played the role of Miss Rigby in the award winning Indie, “The Video Guys,” which received Best Comedy at the International Family Film Festival last month.
