TVI Actors Studio in New York has a new staff member that is heading fast to a very successful Theatre, Film and TV career. Between auditions, Bianca laVerne Jones supports the thousands of New York actors that meet her at the front reception at TVI in NY. She modestly has surpassed many actors in her category and relatively new to New York City. A graduate of North Carolina School of the Arts, State University of New York at Purchase and Yale School of Drama, Ms. Jones is someone New York casting directors, film directors and agents are carefully watching!
Come by TVI in NY and say hi to the newest member of our team. But hurray, as she just booked and is about to appear in “Iken’s Perversion” , Directed by John Gould Rubin, starring Academy Award winner, F. Murray Abraham as Iken and Bianca LaVerne Jones
as Omana.

F. Murray Abraham conjures up images of the half-mad composer Antonio Salieri in the film Amadeus (for which he won an Oscar as Best Actor) or the gargoyle-like inquisitor in The Name of the Rose. While he is known for his serious dramatic performances, Abraham has done fine work in other genres as well. He was memorable as the “screaming queen” in The Ritz, a Broadway comedy that was made into a film in 1976. And in Arnold Schwarzenegger’s underrated, overblown The Last Action Hero, Abraham spoofed his own image when his character was pegged as the murderer because he looked “like the guy that killed Mozart”.
