After taking Christy Dooley’s 7-week Soap Opera Technique class at TVI Actors Studio in Los Angeles, Liz Loza, one of our very own acting career coaches, booked a role on The Bold and The Beautiful.

She played the part of a CBS Page opposite Jennifer Gareis (Donna Logan) and Alley Mills (currently playing Pamela Douglas on B&B, but best known for her role as Kevin Arnold’s mom on The Wonder Years). The cast and crew loved her work and we’re hoping she’ll be back for more episodes!

TVI Member Goes into The Hospital

Longtime TVI member, Kelly McCracken isn’t ill. He did however did book a bunch of of episodes of General Hospital. Rumor has it that his performance kills…a couple of regulars from the long running ABC soap. He wants to give a shout out to Mark Teschner and Gwen Hillier (the casting directors) who called him in for this role. The episodes will run sometime soon. Kelly gets into an argument with her boyfriend in the park, so Jenna got to put her acting chops to good use. She met both Rob Decina and Alison Goodman here at TVI Actors Studio and obviously made a good impression on them. Way to go

Danna, who’s credits include The Young and the Restless, 12 epsiodes on MTV’s Undressed, and several feature films, is excited by this new development and can wait to benefit from this business relationship. Art Imitates Life for Local Nurse on All My Children

And like a true actorpreneur, Jeannie produced When Beliefs Are Questioned – and stars in this new film.

Debra Wunner and Nina Rutsch are caught in the action of looking cute, right before their Soap class with Guiding Light casting director,Rob Decina.

Debra and Nina are actresses with a flare for fashion, which is always a great combination in the acting profession.
