Working Actors during the holidays

New Years in NYC.jpg The New Year celebration just outside tvi Actors Studio!

I have yet to hear an actor complain about working during the holidays. My guess is that having an opportunity to perform during this special time of year far outweighs personal feelings for doing anything else. I certainly felt that way when working as a singer/dancer in my twenties at Radio City Music Hall’s Christmas Spectacular. It was so much fun to be a part of this well known holiday tradition, that I couldn’t think of anything more memorable. In fact, I would guess that, for actors and performers, working during the “season” is it’s own special brand of gift giving. Happy holidays from TVI!
